Queue Velocity
Queue Velocity is the rate at which tickets move through a specific queue, measured as tickets completed per unit of time. High velocity means work flows quickly through that queue. Low velocity indicates bottlenecks or inefficiency in that stage of your workflow.
Why Queue Velocity Matters
Measures throughput at the queue level, not just team level. Comparing velocity across queues reveals which workflow stages are slowest.
