How does the data sync work?
TicketBoard connects to your Zendesk account via API and syncs your ticket data automatically every 6 hours. The initial sync imports all tickets within your plan's data window (1 or 24 months), and subsequent syncs only fetch new or updated tickets.
What Zendesk data is accessed?
TicketBoard accesses ticket data, user information, organization data, and support metrics (like resolution times and reply times). We use read-only API access and never modify your Zendesk data.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your Zendesk API credentials are encrypted at rest using industry-standard Fernet encryption. All data is stored in isolated tenant databases, and connections are secured with HTTPS/TLS.

How do I upgrade or downgrade?
You can upgrade to Plus from your Settings page with a few clicks. Downgrading works the same way — your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period, then revert to Free.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. All prices are in Euros (€) and billed monthly.
Can I cancel anytime?
